Returns Policy
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item is still in its original condition, unopened, you can take advantage of our simple return process, outlined below.
This policy also outlines when you can return an item that is faulty or not as described at point of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Period
We offer a returns period of 28 days. This period starts from the date you received your order.
Cancelling Your Order
You can legally cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your legal right to cancel a Contract starts from the date your order is delivered to you, which is when the Contract between us is formed. You can cancel the contract (your order) up to 14 days after the day you receive your full order. This is known as a ‘cooling off period’. You must provide notice of cancellation no later than 14 days after the receipt of goods.

If you decide to cancel your Contract before an item has been delivered to you, then you must return it to us without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract.
Please note that we may withhold your refund until we have received the Returned Goods.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For your benefit and for reasons of product integrity and hygiene, please note we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items: Plush Toys, Gift Cards and Gaming Items including but not limited to:
Trading Cards & Games
Digital downloads and ESD cards
Products containing downloadable content
Digital and games credit and subscriptions
Consoles and bundles
Computer or games software
For all other products, simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Your return must be in a re-sellable condition.
You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.
Refunds
Once the item is received by Blackbird Collectables it will be checked and, granted it meets our return policy conditions, we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
You should receive notification of your refund within working days after your parcel has been returned to us. If you have not received notification of your refund within 5 working days, please contact us. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We check all of our items prior to sale to ensure they are in good condition and use high-quality sustainable packaging to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the packaging or item is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery, so that it may be sent back to us.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.

Forms of Redress
The acceptable forms of redress for any returns are a repair, replacement, refund or Gift Card.
If an item is deemed faulty following inspection and where a refund cannot be provided, a gift card to the value of the item or a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability) will be provided.
In all cases, items will be inspected and if confirmed as faulty we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund).
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.
In dispute items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time where the cost of re-shipping the item to the customer has not been received.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or faulty. See above our policy on refusing delivery if your order arrives damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Blackbird Collectables is not responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed/lost/misrouted orders. We recommend using a tracked service to return your item, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Please retain proof of postage until the return is fully processed.
